Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-6 days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

In the event of high order volume or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. If there are significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

You can expect your product to be delivered to you within a few weeks if they are purchased on North America, outside of it, may take a longer period of time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website.

Damages & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
